The above-named artist ("the Artist") is submitting the above-identified artwork ("the Artwork") for a poster contest (the "Contest") sponsored by the Ruth Keeler Memorial Library (the "Library") in connection with its annual library fair ("the "Fair"). Artist agrees that the Artwork may be displayed at the Library and/or on its web site, if the Library decides to do so in its sole discretion, for a period to be determined by the Library through the date of the Fair and for up to thirty days thereafter. Following such display, if any, Artist may pick up the Artwork at the Library in its then "as-is" condition. (The Library also may, in its discretion, choose to return the Artwork to the Artist in its then "as-is" condition without waiting for Artist to pick it up.) Artist hereby releases the Library for any loss or damage while the Artwork is in the Library's possession or control.
