The CITY OF LEWISVILLE, a Texas home rule municipal corporation ("City"), and LEWISVILLE LAKE SYMPHONY ASSN., INC., a Texas non-profit corporation, acting herein through its duly authorized representative ("Contractor"), enter into this funding agreement ("Agreement") for the purposes set out herein.
