The Licensor will be paid upon delivery of the last piece commissioned. If 8 pieces are commissioned then upon receipt and approval of the 8th piece the Licensor will be paid. If the contract is cancelled by one or both of the parties then the balance for any previously delivered and accepted pieces will be paid to the Licensor.
