This AMENDED AND RESTATED Ascendon ADDENDUM (this “Ascendon Addendum”) is made by and between CSG Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CSG”), and Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Comcast”), on behalf of itself and its Affiliates (collectively, “Customer”). This Ascendon Addendum is made and entered into this __ day of December 2019 but shall be effective as of January 1, 2020 (the “Ascendon Addendum Effective Date”). CSG and Customer entered into a certain CSG Master Subscriber Management System Agreement (Document #*******) effective as of January 1, 2020 (the “Agreement”), and now desire to describe the terms and conditions under which CSG will make available certain specialized products and related services to Customer, as further set forth in this Ascendon Addendum and Order Documents (as defined below) executed hereunder.
