This Aspect End User License Agreement for Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Enterprise (EULA) provides the legal terms and conditions for the SQL Server 2012 Enterprise software (software). Microsoft Corporation or one of its affiliates (Microsoft) has licensed the software to Aspect Software, Inc. (Aspect). This EULA supersedes any electronic terms which may be contained within the software. If any of the terms contained within the software conflict with this EULA, this EULA will control.
