This agreement for property tax assessment preparation services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 3rd day of June, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF REDLANDS, a municipal corporation (“CITY”), and HdL Coren & Cone, a California corporation (“CONTRACTOR”). CITY and CONTRACTOR are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties”.
