THIS AGREEMENT by and between Mass Appraisals LLC , hereinafter called the “Assessor” and the Village of Grafton, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, hereinafter called the “Municipality”.

The Village has had a contract with Ad Valorem, Inc. since 2005 for assessment services. This agreement has been under an extension of service since 2011 with cancellation notice as provided below.
