This Assignment and Assumption Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of , 2022 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Lexington Shores, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the "Assignor"), and The Shores Investment LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, as to a undivided 69.37% co-tenant interest, and The Shores Investment II LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, as to an undivided 30.627% co-tenant interest (collectively the "Assignees").
