THIS ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF PATENTS is made this 30th day of November, 2012, by and between SNC Holdings Corp., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter called the “Assignor”), and VTQ IP Holding Corporation (hereinafter called the “Assignee”).
