This Assignment, Assumption, and Consent to Assignment of the First Amended and Restated Non-Standard Water and Wastewater Service Agreement, as Amended, Pertaining to the Rancho Sienna Subdivision, Williamson County, Texas, a/k/a Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 12 (“Agreement”), is entered into by and among the City of Georgetown, Texas (“Georgetown”) as successor in interest to Chisholm Trail Special Utility District (“CTSUD”) as Assignor, and the City of Leander, Texas (“Leander”) as Assignee. NASH Rancho Hills, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("NASH Rancho"), and Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 12, a Texas conservation and reclamation district ("WCMUD No. 12") are signatories to this Agreement for the purpose of reflecting their consent.
