PACKARD is the assignee to a Lease Agreement between MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TEXAS, as Lessor (“County”), and Future Aerospace Services and Technology, Inc., as Lessee, dated October 29, 1999, and amended June 12, 2000 (“Amended Lease”), for the lease of approximately 0.904 acres of land located within the Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport, formerly known as Lone Star Executive Airport (“Airport”) which premises are more particularly described in the Amended Lease which is incorporated herein for all purposes; and
