ASSIGNMENT made and entered into this 20th day of February, 1985, by DAVID D. NEAL and MARILYN K. NEAL, hereinafter called the Assignors, to UNITED GROCERS, INC., an Oregon corporation, with office at 6433 Lake Road, Milwaukie, Oregon, hereinafter called the Assignee.
