The terms and conditions set forth below in this ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS IN ARTICLE (this “Agreement”), including any Exhibit A or other attachments attached hereto, shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the authors and coauthors and/or joint copyright owners (if any) (individually or collectively, “you”), below (the “Authors”) and the American Academy of Pediatrics, an Illinois Not-for-Profit Corporation (the “AAP”) as of the Effective Date set forth below.
