This Assignment of Transmission Rights Agreement (the “Assignment Agreement”) is made effective as of May __, 2022 between [Successful Bidder] and Eversource Energy Service Company, as agent for NSTAR Electric Company (“NSTAR”), The Connecticut Light and Power Company (“CL&P”) and Public Service Company of New Hampshire (“PSNH”) (“Eversource”). [Successful Bidder] and Eversource together are the “Parties” and each individually is a “Party” to this Assignment Agreement.
