This lease (hereafter "Lease") is made and entered into this 28th day of September, 2005 ("Effective Date") by and between General Residential Corporation, a Delaware Corporation (hereafter "Lessor") and Summerville at Cobbco, Inc., a California Corporation (hereafter "Lessee").
