This Agreement is made by and between the Traverse Area District Library, a Michigan district library, whose address is 610 Woodmere, Traverse City, Michigan 49686 (“TADL”) and Interlochen Public Library, a Michigan township library, whose address is 9700 Riley Road, Interlochen, Michigan 49643 (“Member Library”).
