THIS ASSOCIATION MARKETING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 30th day of December, 2014 (“Effective Date”) by and between Bluestem Enterprises, Inc. ("Bluestem"), d/b/a PayCheck Direct, having its principal place of business at 6509 Flying Cloud Dr. Ste. 300, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 and the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (“Association”) having its principal place of business at 3133 Mount Vernon Avenue Alexandria, VA 22305-2640. In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth in this Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
