As an athlete / Team Management, I understand that representing Victoria is a privilege. As a representative for Lifesaving Victoria I agree to abide by the following terms and conditions in relation to involvement (directly and indirectly) Lifesaving Victorian State Team, Surf Life Saving Australia (SLSA), Royal Life Saving Society of Australia (RLSSA) competitions and activities. I also understand and agree that this agreement must be signed by me before any departure from the state and that this code of conduct shall apply for the duration of the competition or tour including all related travel arrangements.

Generally it is required that ten year – two year athletes need to populate the Board level committees. There was also a general agreement that if there are committees dealing with the High Performance Program, these committees should also be populated by two year – ten year athletes.
