Agreement. 1.1. This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which Cardtronics will purchase both first and second line maintenance services for automated teller machines that are either owned, leased, operated, or managed by Cardtronics and are further identified on Schedule A, as may be amended by agreement of the parties from time to time (the "ATMs" or the "ATM Locations").
