This Attachment B to the Miovision General Terms and Conditions relates to the purchase of Hardware to be used in connection with the Miovision Product. This Attachment B is incorporated by reference and deemed to be part of the Agreement and supersedes all prior or other agreements between the parties with respect to the Hardware. In the event of an inconsistency between this Attachment B and the General Terms and Conditions with respect to the Hardware, this Attachment B shall prevail and govern to the extent necessary to remedy such inconsistency.
