This Agreement is entered into by and between the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (“NYSERDA”), having its principal place of business at 17 Columbia Circle, Albany, New York 12203, and Qualified Component Manufacturer Name, having its principal place of business at Qualified Component Manufacturer Address (hereinafter “Qualified Component Manufacturer” and collectively with NYSERDA, the “Parties”).
