This Attachment ("Attachment") is entered into by AT&T Corp [Insert name of AT&T affiliate] (AT&T) and Weaver Union School District (Customer) and is effective as of the date last signed below (Effective Date). It is an attachment to the Agreement and has the same term as the Agreement. If there are any inconsistencies between the Agreement and this Attachment with respect to the Service for which E-rate funding is sought, the terms and conditions of this Attachment control.
