This Account Agreement (the "Agreement") governs use of the Attorney Trust Account with the Bank. The Attorney Trust Account is comprised of a Master Account and one or more Subaccounts. The Master Account shall be established in accordance with the information provided on the Attorney Trust Information Form (Appendix A). Disbursement of funds is the only function performed through the Master Account or the General Subaccount. We authorize the Bank to accept each deposit for credit to either (i) the indicated Subaccount established for the party we indicated to you, or (ii) General Subaccount established for the parties indicated in our records. For each Subaccount referred to in (i), we agree to furnish the name and taxpayer identification number of the indicated party. If we do not furnish the Bank with such name and taxpayer identification number, we agree that our taxpayer identification number may be assigned to the Subaccount.
