This Contract, effective on the date set forth below, is between IAPMO Research & Testing, Inc. (Registration Department) (the “Association”) and the undersigned "Auditor". The Association is a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation and the Auditor is an independent contractor desiring to offer his or her services to the Association under the terms of this Contract. The primary service performed by the Auditor under this Contract will be conducting registration audits (“Audits”) of the registered sites (“Audit Locations”) as part of the Association's ongoing audit program
