The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of (Augusta University) (“University”) is acting as the agent for Corvias Campus Living-USG, LLC (“Provider”) in administering this Agreement and the assignment of housing space to Resident. The residence halls operated by Provider are Oak Hall and Elm Hall.
