This Authentic Developer License Agreement (“ADLA”) governs your right to develop applications for and to distribute Altova‘s Authentic Browser Edition Software (“Authentic Browser Edition”). This ADLA is a legal document between you and Altova GmbH (“Altova”). Please note that any use of Authentic Browser Edition and any accompanying documentation, including, without limitation, printed materials, ‘online’ files, or electronic documentation (“Documentation”) is governed by the terms of the Authentic End User License Agreement (“AEULA”) available at our Web site at http://www.altova.com/authenticeula. The terms and conditions contained in this ADLA are in addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the AEULA.
