This Balancing Authority Area Services Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of _ 2015, is entered into by and between the City of Los Angeles on behalf of its Department of Water and Power (“LADWP”) in its capacity as the operator of the LADWP Balancing Authority Area and City of Burbank, on behalf of its Water and Power Department (“BWP”). LADWP and BWP are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
