Nashville Electric Automatic Transfer (N.E.A.T.) plan lets you pay your electric bill automatically. With NEAT, there is no check to write each month, and you will not have to spend money on postage or make a special trip to a bill paying station. Instead, the exact amount of your monthly bill is automatically transferred from your bank account on the due date each month. To comply with Federal Banking Regulations, the first draft will occur no less than 15 days from the initial request. Thereafter, the withdrawal will occur on the due date as stated on our bill. If the pay due date should fall on a weekend or holiday, the withdrawal will occur on the next business day.
