This Contract Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) to Contract No. 25170000-23-NASPO-ACS (“Term Contract”) is made by the Department of Management Services (“Department”), an agency of the State of Florida, located at 4050 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida 32399; and Genuine Parts Company dba NAPA Auto Parts (“Contractor”), with its principal place of business located at 2999 Wildwood Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339; collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
