This Contract, with the provisions contained in the section “before your trip” available at avianca.com and the conditions of the purchased Fare and the service contracted by the Passenger, set forth the terms and conditions for the air transportation service contracted with Aerovías del Continente Americano S.A., Avianca, Taca International Airlines, S.A., Avianca Costa Rica, S.A., Avianca Ecuador S.A., Aviateca S.A and Regional Express Américas S.A.S., hereinafter THE CARRIER.
