This Aviation Marketer Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated and entered into July 1, 2019 (hereinafter called the “Effective Date”), by and between Phillips 66 Company (hereinafter referred to as "PSX"), City of Stillwater and Stillwater Regional Airport Authority, whose principal place of business is at 723 South Lewis/PO Box 1449, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74076 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Marketer”).
