This special membership card is issued to the member family and shall be held in the possession of the family when not in use. At no time shall use of this card be permitted unless children accompany of the user. Further, this special card shall only be used when the adult member(s) are unable to accompany the children. The General Manager may allow exceptions only when disabilities of member children are such that assistance in caring for the child is necessary.

I, (Parent/Legal Guardian’s Name), would like to use the babysitting and child care services provided by certain personnel of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, and give my consent for my child(ren), (Child(ren)’s Name(s)), to be attended to by such Hotel personnel (the “Sitters”).

Babysitter Agreement When I agree to baby-sit for another resident’s child/children in the house, I agree to be responsible for the child/children. I will read the completed Child Information Sheet as well as find out any needed information before the parent/guardian leaves. I will care for that child/children and abide by the program rules around babysitting to the best of my ability. I will complete my section of the Child Information Sheet for the parent/guardian and have a conversation with her/him about how the session went. If I am having a problem during my sitting time, I know I can go to staff for support and help. If I need to cancel my sitting agreement, I will let the parent/guardian know as soon as possible. I agree not to take another child into their room or my room and close the door.I understand that babysitting for each other is a very important obligation at the program.
