(" AMR") with offices at 2101 Industrial Drive, Bozeman, Montana 59715 and the City of Bozeman (the "City") a self governing municipal corporation organized and existing under its Charter and the laws of the State of Montana, with offices at 121 North Rouse Bozeman, Montana 59715.
