This user account agreement (“User Agreement”) is between you and Bakkt Crypto Solutions, LLC (f/k/a Apex Crypto LLC) (“Bakkt Crypto,” “we,” or “us”), and governs your use of the services provided by us via the M1 website and mobile applications. By applying to open a cryptocurrency account with Bakkt Crypto, you agree that you have read, understand, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
