This Balancing Authority Operations Coordination Agreement is entered into as of the 29th day of May, 2013 by and between PJM Interconnection L.L.C. (“PJM”) a Delaware limited liability company having its principal place of business at 955 Jefferson Avenue, Valley Forge Corporate Center, Norristown, Pennsylvania 19403, and Wisconsin Electric Power Company (“Wisconsin Electric”), a Wisconsin corporation, having its principal place of business at 231 West Michigan Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53203. PJM and Wisconsin Electric are individually referred to herein as “Party”, or collectively as “Parties”.
