Government Access Channel Trust, a Vermont non-profit Corporation, with a principal place of business at 294 North Winooski Avenue, Burlington, Vermont 05401-3680 (hereinafter "Channel 17"), Vermont Community Access Media, Inc., a Vermont non-profit corporation, with a principal place of business at 208 Flynn Avenue, Burlington, Vermont 05401 (hereinafter "VCAM”), and Regional Education Television Network, Inc., a Vermont non-profit corporation, with a principal place of business at 208 Flynn Avenue, Burlington, Vermont 05401 (hereinafter “RETN'), and Champlain Broadband, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company, with offices at 200 Church Street, Burlington, Vermont 05401 (hereinafter “Champlain Broadband").
