On today’s date UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“UnipolSai” or the “Company”) signed the agreements to renew the partnership in the bancassurance area with BPER Banca S.p.A. (“BPER”) and Banca Popolare di Sondrio S.p.A. (“BPSO”) regarding the distribution of insurance products in the life and non-life sectors of Arca Vita S.p.A. (“Arca Vita”), Arca Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“Arca Assicurazioni”) and Arca Vita International DAC (“Arca International”). In the context of those agreements, independent contracts were signed to also govern the distribution by the above-mentioned banks of UniSalute
