THIS RESTRICTED SHARE UNIT AWARD AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on ___________ (the “Grant Date”), by and between Ameris Bancorp, a Georgia corporation (the “Company”), and ___________ (the “Participant”).
