A Band Agreement is an agreement between members of a band with respect to how they are going to run the affairs of the band, either generally, or just in relation to certain issues. There is almost no limit to the number of the issues that can be covered in a band agreement but in any case it must be ensured that the band agreement reflects in practice how the band runs or the band members want things run.
