This Bank Depository Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of June 2024 by and between the City of Manor, Texas, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Depositor”) and Frontier Bank, a State chartered bank and licensed to conduct business in State of Texas (hereinafter referred to as “Bank”). The Depositor and Bank are sometimes referred to herein as the “Parties.”
