Amendment of This Agreement: The bank retains the right to review and make adjustments to this agreement as it deems necessary by giving you at least 30 days notice before the effective date of the amendment unless such change or amendment is required to remain compliant with applicable federal/state laws and regulations. This agreement shall be available electronically for customer to review and the bank may require reconfirmation to the agreement on an annual basis.
