Hickory Heights Golf ClubBanquet Agreement • January 4th, 2023
• Event time is based on a three (3) hour period for afternoon events and a four (4) hour period for evening events. Extra time, at the request of guest and discretion of Hickory Heights Golf Club, is subject to an additional fee of $100.00 per hour (maximum of 5 hours.) It is understood that your event may be shorter than the standard allotted time.

We ask our clients to assist in monitoring and controlling guest’s actions, including damages and theft. We reserve the right to suspend or cease a function should there be violations of the banquet policies, in particular the alcohol policy.

Gianfabio’s must receive final attendance for the event no later than (3) days prior to your event. If no guarantee is received, Gianfabio’s will consider the estimated number as your guaranteed number. Gianfabio’s prepares and staffs for the confirmed final count of guests, that count is not subject to reduction. You will be charged for the confirmed count or the actual attendance, whichever is greater. For parties ordering from the menu charges for each guest not in attendance are as follows: $15.00 per person for lunch and $25.00 per person for dinner.
