Validity/conclusion of contractBanquet and Hotel Reservation Agreement • February 6th, 2018
The contract is entered into upon receipt of the booking confirmation signed by the guest. If additional guests are registered when making a reservation, the guest who makes the reservation shall bear the liability for the entire invoice amount resulting from the reservation.
