This Agreement is effective this 1st day of January, 2012 by and between the Hopewell Township Board of Fire Commissioners, in the County Mercer, New Jersey, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the "Board", and the Hopewell Valley Uniformed Firefighters Association Local 3897 of the International Association of Firefighters, AFL-CIO- CLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Union."

This Agreement entered into this day of by and between the Township of Haddon, in the County of Camden, State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as "Township" and the Haddon Township Police Officers , P.B.A. Local 257, has as its purpose, the promotion of harmonious relations between the Township and the Employees, the establishment equitable and peaceful procedures for the resolution of differences, the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment and represents the complete and final understanding of the rules and regulations of the Township of Haddon.
