These Bark Phone Wireless Service Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) are part of your service agreement with Bark Technologies, Inc., including its affiliates, assigns, and agents (“Bark,” “we,” “us, or “our”) and constitute a contract under which we provide you Bark Wireless Service (defined below) under terms and conditions that you accept. Your Bark Phone also provides you with the ability to monitor your User's use of the Bark Phone through Bark's Supervision Services (as defined below). The Bark Supervision Services are separate and distinct from the Bark Wireless Services and are governed by the Bark Terms of Service available at: https://www.bark.us/terms (the "Bark Supervision TOS") which are incorporated into these T&Cs by reference.
