UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR DEPOSIT, OR FULL PAYMENT, OR UPON RECEIPT OF A CONFIRMATION LETTER OR FINAL INVOICE FROM US, BOTH THE PASSENGER AND THE CARRIER WILL BE FULLY BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH FOLLOW, INCLUDING SPECIFICALLY THOSE REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS TO SUE, GOVERNING LAW, FORUM AND JURISDICTION. VACATION PROTECTION INSURANCE COVERAGE (INCLUDING OUT-OF PROVINCE HEALTH INSURANCE IN CANADA) AND TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
