CANCELLATIONS: Unless cancelled before 60 days before check-in, there will be no refunds for any cancelations of the reservation. If cancelled on or before 60 days before the check-in date, 100% of payments made will be refunded. This amount shall be retained from payments already paid by tenant. If the unit is re-rented for the entire time and for the same amount at no loss to the owner, the tenant will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
