This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date executed on page five (5) (the “Effective Date”) between Beehive Industries, LLC, a Nebraska based LLC with a primary place of business at 151 N 8th St, Ste 300, Lincoln, NE 68508 (“Beehive”), and the City of Greenfield, IN, with offices located at 10 South State Street, Greenfield, IN 46140 (“Customer”), each herein referred to individually as a “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties”.
