THIS AGREEMENT shall be effective as soon as customers send message using "Contact Centre"> "Send Message" option from the left-hand menu of their HSBC Personal Internet Banking Profile declaring: "I have read the BEFTN agreement and have agreed with the Terms & Conditions specified in BEFTN Agreement" between the “HSBC Customer” (hereinafter referred to as the “Originator”), and The HongKong and Shanghai Banking Corporation limited (hereinafter refereed to as “Bank”) a banking company registered in Hong Kong SAR and carrying on it’s banking business in Bangladesh with necessary permissions under the Bank Company Act 1991 having it’s main place of business in Bangladesh in 108 Bir Uttam C R Dutta Road, Dhaka.
