This BEMO Customer Agreement (the “BEMO Agreement”, formerly known as the “CSP Agreement”) is between Customer and BEMO and consists of these Terms of Service, Microsoft Customer Agreement (herein) and any additional terms BEMO presents when an order is placed. This BEMO Agreement takes effect when the Customer accepts this BEMO Customer Agreement or when placing an order with BEMO. The individual who accepts the BEMO Agreement represents that he or she is authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the Customer.
